Call for Tenders

Expertise France has launched a call for tenders to design and deliver the New Leaders Lab training programme under the Africa-Europe Youth Academy (AEYA). The programme aims to support youth leadership development in African countries and strengthen Africa–Europe cooperation.

Who can apply?

Training providers, incubators, and civil society organisations with proven experience in delivering youth leadership programmes, particularly those using inclusive and community-rooted approaches across African countries.

Proposals must be submitted electronically via the PLACE platform.
