Overview
The WIPO Academy’s IP eLearning Section is implementing Project 1% for Africa, an initiative aimed at providing at least 1% of Africa’s young population with fundamental Intellectual Property (IP) knowledge by 2030.
The initiative seeks to strengthen IP awareness and skills among young people in Africa, helping participants better understand how intellectual property can be used to protect and create value from ideas and innovations.

What Does It Offer?

The initiative is delivered through the WIPO Academy, which provides IP education, training and skills development, particularly in developing countries, least-developed countries and countries in transition.
