Description

The Government of Rwanda through the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning has received funds from the African Development Bank (ADF) to finance the Rwanda Capital Market Development (R-CAMD) Project. Part of these funds will be used for Consultancy Services for the review and development of regulatory instrument for capital market development, investor protection, regional/international integration and Fintech. The initiative aims to enhancing the regulatory framework governing capital markets, commodity exchange, fintech and strengthen the capital market ecosystem to align with international best practices in the context of Kigali International Centre.
