The Africa IP SME Helpdesk is a first-line intellectual property (IP) support service for European and African small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), startups, and companies operating in, or intending to access, African markets, implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Through a collaboration with AEIP, this service supports innovators and businesses in strengthening their global competitiveness by helping them protect, manage, and enforce their IP rights in Africa.
The Helpdesk provides free advice on intellectual property and related issues, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
