The PRIMARY project announces an Open Call offering EUR 900,000 in total funding to support innovative partnerships that will validate, adapt, and scale sustainable agricultural solutions across Europe.

What PRIMARY Is Looking For

PRIMARY seeks dynamic consortia of 2-3 partners who will validate and refine PRIMARY’s proven business models for agricultural waste valorisation; demonstrate the replicability and scalability of PRIMARY’s innovative processes in new European regions; generate practical evidence of technical feasibility, economic viability, and sustainability under real rural conditions; and develop profitable value chains from underutilised agricultural feedstocks.

Funding Available

• Up to EUR 150,000 for 3-partner consortia
• Up to EUR 100,000 for 2-partner consortia
• Up to EUR 50,000 per individual partner
• Between 6 and 9 sub-projects will be funded

Who Can Apply?

Applications are welcome from consortia that include at least one technical partner capable of testing, applying, or validating the technology or process, and at least one partner from either the public sector (universities, research institutions, public bodies) or the private sector (primary producers, cooperatives, start-ups, SMEs, NGOs).
