Sobre

Description

Bridging the gap between a promising laboratory project and a market-ready product is one of the most critical challenges in the research lifecycle. Designed to empower innovators to think like strategic project leads, this webinar provides an actionable roadmap to navigate early-stage commercialization. It introduces the key concepts bridging research management, tech transfer, and innovation management, helping participants adopt a proactive, user-centric approach to scale their scientific discoveries sustainably.

Core Learning Themes

• Conquering the “Valley of Death”: Confronting the perilous financial and operational gap between lab validation and market-ready prototyping, and exploring joint funding and strategic roadmapping models designed to cross it.

• The Multi-Dimensional Readiness Compass: An introduction to looking beyond technical performance by balancing Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) with Societal Readiness (SRLs) and Commercial Readiness (CRLs).

• Ex-Ante Strategic Vision: Learning how to mathematically anticipate socio-economic value, evaluate technology acquirer needs, and align early-stage research directly with market demand while incorporating elements of strategic foresight to map out resilient, long-term project trajectories.

• Strategic De-Risking & “Negative” Thinking: Shifting the paradigm toward proactive risk management by intentionally identifying fatal bottlenecks, regulatory roadblocks, and IP blockades early in the lifecycle.
