Urban Diplomacy and Innovation Community of Practice (CoP) – Second Meeting
The Association of African Universities (AAU), in collaboration with the Institut für qualifizierende Innovationsforschung und -beratung GmbH (IQIB) is pleased to invite members and interested stakeholders to the second official meeting of the Urban Diplomacy Community of Practice (CoP) under the Africa-Europe Innovation Platform (AEIP).
Theme: Good practices and Epic Fails in Urban Diplomacy and Innovation
This session will create a space for participants to share experiences openly, reflect on both achievements and failures, and explore the factors that contribute to effective urban collaboration and innovation.
Through peer learning and knowledge exchange, participants will identify practical approaches, common pitfalls, and key insights to help cities, local authorities, and urban stakeholders strengthen partnerships, improve decision-making, and foster more resilient, sustainable urban development.
