Description

The Government of Rwanda through the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning has received funds from the African Development Bank (ADF) to finance the Rwanda Capital Market Development (R-CAMD) Project. Part of these funds will be used for Consultancy Services for the designing and establishment of the Capital Market Academy in Rwanda. The initiative aims to address critical capacity gaps in Rwanda’s capital markets, promote financial literacy, and support professional certification in line with Rwanda’s Vision 2050, NST2, and the Capital Market Master Plan.
